Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FILMCHAIN AI collects, uses and safeguards personal data of studios, production companies and individual users who access the platform.
Data we collect
Account data: name, professional email, company, role.
Product data: projects, scripts, budgets, schedules, files and communications you upload or connect (email, WhatsApp, Drive).
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and locale, error diagnostics.
How we use data
To operate the platform, provide AI assistance, sync production communications and files, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal data and we do not train foundation models on your project data.
Sharing
Processors: Supabase (data hosting, EU), Lovable AI Gateway, Stripe (billing when activated), transactional email providers.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality agreements.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account or by contacting privacy@filmchain.app.
EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA/CPRA rights.
Retention
Project data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, data is removed within 30 days from live systems and 90 days from backups.
