Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. Access to workspaces is restricted to invited members.

No unlawful content, no infringement of third-party rights, no reverse engineering, no abuse of AI features to generate harmful content.

You retain all rights to scripts, budgets, plans and files you upload. FILMCHAIN AI holds only the license required to operate the service on your behalf.

Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Studio) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe when activated. Taxes are computed at checkout. Refunds follow Stripe policy and applicable law.

AI agents, integrations and specific modules may be labelled beta and are provided as-is while stability improves.

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms after notice, except for serious breach.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
